Rio Rojo Rancho, Inc. was established in 2004. Parts of this family owned, family run whitetail deer ranch has been in the Ford family since 1910. We are located in very NE Texas, in Red River County. The ranch is a multi use deer ranch and hunting operation. We offer hunts for management as well as a few Trophies each year in spring fed, sandy rolling hills of solid timber, consisting of White, Pin, Red, and Post Oak that make a towering forest of beautiful hardwoods and scattered pine. This area is the very northern boundary of The Post Oak Savannah region of Texas, very near The Red River. The ranch is a Bow Hunters Dream! Expect to see as many as 10-15 Bucks a day, ranging from 120 - 200 class B&C. I'm confident we can find "Your Buck".

When spring rolls around on the Red River, we hit the woods cluckin' n purrin' for Eastern Turkey. Red River County was the first in Texas to re-introduce the Eastern Turkey to its native terrain.
